We have access to private investors who wish to create a legacy to use as potential match funding from other sources. As such we can reduce some of the up-front costs which have been a barrier to unlocking the sustainable future of such projects.
We can provide a range of services from consultancy to development management and development in order to ‘Piece’ together the necessary expertise to provide end to end solutions.
By ensuring one person is responsible for managing services, delivery, resources and costs we are able to integrate the traditionally siloed entities of regeneration and drive innovation throughout each of our projects in order to provide our individual clients with a truly responsive, flexible and efficient method of project delivery.
